Black Friday for the Baltic
On Black Friday 2021, we supported the preservation of the Baltic Sea ecosystem. 50% of sales revenue from the Moiré collection were donated to the support of the MARE Foundation, whose mission is to protect marine ecosystems.
About
The MARE Foundation organizes sea and beach cleaning events and conducts educational activities to increase public awareness in the field of protecting the marine environment, sustainable fisheries, and the threats resulting from the presence of wrecks on the seabed.
Single-use plastic accounts for half of marine litter. We can reduce this amount by promoting recycling, waste segregation, and removing waste from the seas and oceans.
Our collection of bags and accessories is made of Moiré fabric, which consists of 62% recycled plastic. Our goal was also to ensure that the remaining components are produced sustainably. We have eliminated disposable plastic from the production and sales process.
