Return policy for the CHYLAK flagship store

Merchandise purchased at the CHYLAK flagship store in Warsaw (hereinafter referred to as “the boutique”) cannot be returned.
The customer has 7 days following purchase at the boutique to exchange their merchandise.
The merchandise can be exchanged according to the customer’s preference:
- for another product that is available at the boutique at the time of the exchange
- for store credit in the form of a gift card that can be used at the boutique or online, at www.chylak.com

When exchanging the merchandise for another product at the boutique it is possible to exchange it for:
- a product priced at the same level on the day of the exchange
- a product priced higher on the day of the exchange, with the customer covering the price difference
- a product priced lower on the day of the exchange, with CHYLAK providing the customer with a gift card whose value is equal to the price difference
A purchase receipt is necessary to make an exchange
In order to be eligible for an exchange, the merchandise:
- must be undamaged
- must be unused
- must include the original tags and packaging
- cannot have been purchased at a discounted or promotional price
