Return Policy

You have the right to return your order for any reason within 14 days of its receipt.
Make sure the products are in their original condition: unused, clean and odorless, and retain the original tags. Shoes: For your return to be accepted and to get a full refund, the shoes must be in perfect condition (including their soles), and in original packaging. An reimbursement will be sent to you within a maximum of 14 days of the receipt of the Goods by the Shop, and it will be credited with the same payment method you chose for your purchase.
We do not accept the Goods returned by COD.

from the EU

Place the products back in the box, with the original tags included. Download the Contract Withdrawal Form fill it out, and place it in the box. Seal the box and send it to the following address:

from outside the EU

Contact us at help@chylak.com and we will provide the documents required for customs clearance. Place the products back in the box, with the original tags included. Attach the original invoice to the outside of the box, and clearly mark it as an “Ecommerce return”. Download the Contract Withdrawal Form fill it out, and place it in the box. Fill out the customs form provided by your shipping service: use the same currency and value as on the order invoice, make sure to mark the shipment as a return, and attach the form to the box. Seal the box and send it to the following address:
